Legislation signed by Gov. Lynch on June 28 establishes permanent speed limits on Lake Winnipesaukee.

SB 464 sets limits of 30mph at night and 45mph during the day. The new law requires Marine Patrol to report violations to the Division of Motor Vehicles for inclusion in the person's driving record.
