Auto insurance a must

Yes, auto insurance should be mandatory.  I've seen too many accidents where the causer has no insurance and leaves the victim with no way to pay for damages and hospital bills other than what the latter may have in his or her own coverage.  It's the only way to be fair to all drivers.
