How about percentages

I think a popular vote it is the most democratic way to elect a president, and that the electoral collage is out dated.  But since the electoral collage still exists, I think NH should divvy out its electoral votes based on the percentage each candidate gets.  So if candidate A gets 75% of the NH vote and candidate B gets 25%, then 3 electoral votes go to A and 1 electoral vote goes to B.

Of course percentages won't usually be exact, so they will have to be rounded off.
