Don't look for bills related to legalized gambling to make much of a showing in the 2011 Legislature.
The Republican-controlled House and Senate look to be addressing revenue shortfalls in the budget with spending cuts that may go deeper those than recommended by Gov. Lynch in his February budget address.
More legislation related to gambling is in the hopper for the Legislature to consider in 2011 and will likely be part of the discussion with the release of the governor's proposed budget for the next two fiscal years.
