PANEL REJECTS REFERENDUM QUESTION
CONCORD –A committee will recommend that the House kill a bill calling for a Constitutional amendment allowing voters to change laws by referendum.

The House Election Law Committee voted 17 to 1 today to not recommend passage of CACR 25, which would have put the referendum question on the ballot for voters to decide.

The majority of the committee believed the bill was flawed.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court has ruled that voter referendums are unconstitutional.

The committee will also recommend killing House Bill 1245, which would have required nominees for president and vice president to provide certified copies of their birth certificates.

It seems to me that the citizens of NH must look at the state constitution for the answer to this mess.
We actually have every right to have a referendum. The following article provides us with the necessary path to returning the power to the people:

[Art.] 10. [Right of Revolution.] Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind. (http://www.nh.gov/constitution/billofrights.html)

The class of men who have taken control of this state are the politicians. Our public liberty, now endangered, gives us reason to reform or revolt. To reform would be to give the voters the referendom.
This is very "constitutional". We ought to engage legal assistance on this one.
Doing this, establishing a new government (electing all new representatives, senators, and governor, must be done to return this state to the people.
By calling for a special election for every position we can "establish a new government".

I do hope we can turn this around soon.
