Roadside Memorials

Seems harmless to me, and if it eases the grief, what the heck. Of course, we'd have to have some rules about size, ornateness, etc. Then soon there'd be fights about why one was approved and the other denied, and then ACLU would get involved over crosses, etc. etc.  Much better for the state to have quietly ignored them.
