"A 23-year-old New Hampshire man is facing a charge of texting while driving after a crash on Interstate 93 in the city of Concord.
State Police say Joseph Cummings of Laconia was northbound at about 7:13 p.m. Tuesday when witnesses reported he was driving erratically.
Before police were able to respond Cummings allegedly hit another vehicle. There were no injuries.
Police say Cummings was arrested on charges of texting while driving and reckless driving. He’s due in court next month."
