Really, decriminalization should stand on its own.  Let's not cloud the issue with incentives to the state and whatever protections may be needed for minors, valid as they might be.  If we don't allow an adult to decide for himself how he leads his life, as long as no one else is harmed, then we are no better than slaves.  Freedom first, tax and regulation a far second.  See More
