That is a valid point, as 24 minutes is not a significant change. I think the main 'controversy' is over the fact that the start time is moving back without necessarily considering how much later school starts"

When all is said and done, it's the Electoral College vote -- not the popular vote -- that decides the presidency. Some states are considering legislation that essentially bypasses the Electoral College. Should New Hampshire join in?See More

Put prisoners to work
Although this post is unrelated to the bill being discussed in the feed, it is related to the ballooning cost of the NH prison system. A possible way to both shrink the prison population and complete worthwhile projects around the state would be to offer some inmates in county prisons (obviously not people convicted of significant violent crimes) to work on manual labor tasks such as road repairs in exchange for cutting their sentence in half.
