I'm angry. I'm stunned. I'm appauled. On one page of a newspaper from last week, they talked about school buget cuts, and laying off faculty from Speacial Ed, and Guidance among others. The Mis-Education of a City

Budget this . . . budget that. . . spend . . . save. . . AHHHHH! Is anyone else going CRAZY over the state of our city? Twenty-Five years I've lived here; for the first time I am considering leaving.
