Councilor Wheeler on commuter rail: "We're going to have to borrow the money from China"

Executive Councilor David Wheeler (R-Milford) appeared before the Nashua Board of Aldermen on April 10, 2012 to discuss the council's decision to vote against a study on commuter rail expansion. Wheeler said the state would have to borrow the money from China and our grandchildren would be stuck with the burden of repayment.
