Kevin Smith: I'm not sure NH can afford a commuter rail
During a meeting with Bedford residents on March 22, 2012, GOP candidate for governor Kevin Smith admitted there is support in the Nashua area for commuter rail expansion, but doesn't think NH can afford such a project at this time. Smith added that the widening of I-93 takes precedent over any other transportation project.
